What does this mean exactly? Our beef live there best lives out on the pasture, picking grass, laying in the shade, drinking fresh water until they are about 900 lbs them we move them into a finishing lot. No this is not what you are thinking. They now are just in a smaller area being able to eat a mix of feeds all day long, laying in the shade, drinking all the water for about 120 days. By putting them up and getting the finish on them you get the extra marbling in your steaks and the tenderness in your cuts.
With each changing season we are going to try and offer you the best produce we can. A lot of this may not be things that we grown but that we reach out to our farmer friends to help us get. (there is only so many hours in the day and as much as i hate to admit it we cant do it all)
During each season i am processing things to have canned goods aswell.
